Todd was a three sport "State class" athlete. His best sport was Wrestling where he was state runner-up his senior year. He was a 4-year letterman, Team Captain, District and Region Champion at 215 Ibs., individual MVP in tourneys with a career record of 121-18!
In football he was a three year letterman, Team Captain, WSVA Player of the Game (Regional Championship game '01), part of DR's "The Magnificent Seven", The News Journal named him part of the "Top players" as a Senior, 1st Team Offense/Guard and Defense/Nose-Guard, All-Region II 2nd Team Defense/Nose-Guard and DR Player of the Week.
In track and field he placed 1st Shot Put and Discus at Valley District meet. In '02 he was 1st in Shot Put and Discus in the City-County Invitational and 1st Shot Put in the '02 Turner Ashby Relays.
He also achieved WHSV-TV3 Student-Athlete of the Week, WKCY 105. 1 Radio Student-Athlete of the Month and the Shenandoah Valley Hit 2001 Distinguished Community Service Student-Athlete of the Year Award.
He went on to the U.S. Military Academy where he was a 4 year letterman (2002-2006), named Academic All-American '05, New York State Collegiate Wrestling Champion 05, Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association 4th Place Finish '05. He also successfully walked-on to the Division I Football team (2004). He graduated with a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering in '06 with a M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in 2017.
He currently is serving our nation in the U.S. Army where he has been an Army Special Forces Green Beret Officer, Ranger Qualified with 5 deployments overseas. Not to sit around and be bored... He attended Columbia and received the Heffernan Memorial Award for outstanding contributions and behind the scene leadership. Todd was named "100 Best and Brightest" by Poets and Quants for Class of 2017 graduating MBAs!
